What is Spedra (Avanafil)?

How does Spedra work?

Spedra causes the expansion of blood vessels in the penis, allowing blood to enter the penis and the formation of an erection. The drug gets to work within 15 minutes. It is recommended that this medication is taken around 30 minutes before sexual intercourse as not everyone will achieve such a fast onset. Side effects were uncommon but those reported include facial flushing, congested nose and headaches. Spedra was not reported to have any effect on vision or hearing, unlike Viagra and other first generation PDE5 inhibitors. This is because avanafil is a more selective PDE5 inhibitor.
